Changmao Biochemical Engineering Company Limited was established in the end of 1992. In 2002, our company was publicly listed on the HK Growth Enterprise Market. Our company is certified as a Jiangsu Hi-Tech Enterprise, Jiangsu Foreign Investment Advanced Technology Enterprise and Technology-Intensive and Knowledge-Intensive Enterprise. Our quality system conforms to ISO9001:2000 standards. Making comprehensive use of biotechnology, fine chemical technology and chirotechnology, our company specializes in manufacturing and selling C-4 series organic acids and chiral products. These products are widely used in many fields such as the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and are well accepted in domestic and overseas markets. Our main products are Aspartame, L (+)-Tartaric acid, L-Malic acid, DL-Malic acid, L-Aspartic acid, Fumaric acid, Maleic acid and other organic acids. Annual productivity amounts to 30,000 tonnes; our company has become an important manufacturer of C-4 series organic acids around the world. All the products of our company have met the different international advanced standards such as Food Chemicals Codex, American Pharmacopoeia, and British Pharmacopoeia, and our products have obtained Star-K Kosher Certificate. In 2006, L (+)-Tartaric acid got American FDA certificate, and Aspartame was approved by Moody International Certification Ltd. in respect of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Above 70% of our products are exported to Japan, Europe, Oceania, the United States and the Middle East, and our products are renown and well recognized in the international markets.
